This pivotal role is perfect for a leader who loves autonomy, is commercially astute, and thrives on making a measurable impact on both team performance and client satisfaction. Core Responsibilities: Lead the daily operations and development of the Client Services team, with up to 15 direct reports. Oversee project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting client satisfaction or team performance. Own, report on and define critical KPIs. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming their key strategic advisor. Optimise resources and tools to maximise efficiency and client value. Who you are: Proven track record leading high-performing Client Services or Account Management teams, ideally within fast-growing, commercially-driven environments. Strong commercial acumen, able to demonstrate clear business impact and strategic thinking. Experienced in driving team KPIs, improving client experiences, and launching strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes. Highly ambitious, proactive in personal development, and passionate about achieving results. Charismatic communicator, capable of inspiring teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
