Regional Health & Safety Manager – Packaging Machinery UK-based International Travel Join a global packaging machinery & projects company in real momentum- rising sales, growing project pipelines, and a shift toward operational excellence with Health & Safety a key component. QLM is partnering on the search for a Regional H&S Manager, to lead and embed health & safety culture across complex, multi-site engineering projects in Europe, Middle East & Asia. You will shape processes, drive compliance, and influence at all levels - from shop floor to senior leadership. Leading safety during complex machine installations , supporting multi-disciplined engineering teams on-site at customer locations. This is a cross-functional role where strong communication and stakeholder engagement- internally, with customers, and local subcontractor- are key to building buy-in and lasting cultural change. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and calls for someone confident navigating varied global requirements whilst building frameworks that scale.
