Electrical Site Manager - SeAH Wind Monopile Factory Build Location: Teesside Duration: 6-Month Contract Start Date: ASAP Pay Type: CIS or LTD Company (Outside IR35) About the Project: Join a landmark renewable energy development - the SeAH Wind Monopile Factory, set to become one of the world’s largest monopile production facilities. As Electrical Site Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering this cutting-edge infrastructure project, helping power the UK’s offshore wind future. Role Overview: As Electrical Site Manager, you'll oversee the installation and commissioning of all electrical systems on-site. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive the project forward to schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise electrical works on site, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications. * Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth delivery of electrical scope. * Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with health & safety (HSE) standards and IEE regulations. * Liaise with project management, design teams, and client representatives. * Track and report on work progress, variations, and resolve any site-based issues. * Ensure all installations meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. * Oversee commissioning and handover of electrical systems. Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects. * Strong understanding of electrical installations, switchgear, cabling, containment systems, etc. * Valid ECS/CSCS card. * SMSTS or SSSTS certification. * First Aid at Work (in-date). * Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Contract Details: * Contract length: 6 months (with potential extension) * Location: Based on-site in Teesside * Rate: Competitive, negotiable depending on experience * Payment options: CIS or LTD Company (outside IR35)
