As an Architectural Technician, you'll play a vital role in the development and delivery of high-quality architectural and engineering models. You'll be part of a collaborative, design-focused studio where creativity and precision go hand in hand on Residential projects. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role: Develop and manage accurate, detailed 3D Revit models across multiple project stages Prepare detailed construction documentation and drawing packages Ensure models comply with client and industry requirementsKey Requirements for this Architectural Technician role: Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio of built work Solid understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Relevant industry experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred)Why Join?
