Job Description
We are looking for a Financial / Admin Manager DEPARTMENT: BOOKKEEPING · Supplier invoice processing. · Bank reconciliation and journal entries. · Producing monthly management reports. · Producing sales invoices and sales documentation. · VAT processing and document support. · Working with accountant on Tax, VAT, and other necessary SARS submissions. · Quarterly stock and customer reconciliations. DEPARTMENT: PROCURMENT · Placing orders for supplies. · Supplier management and payments. · Overseeing stock/ goods receiving manager and his supply levels. · Third party vendor management (filing Job cards, etc). · Managing supplier database and onboarding of new suppliers. DEPARTMENT: STOCK MANAGEMENT · Receiving goods into stock from production (Document and weight checking). · Accurate stock control management (Sage and Excel versions). · Goods out/ sales processing and documentation. · SAHPRA stock reports. · Retention sample control and documentation. · Managing sample analysis with laboratories for each batch. Close work and correspondence with Responsible Pharmacist regarding paperwork and stock control DEPARTMENT: ADMIN AND DOCUMENT CONTROL · Company SharePoint and document filing manager (Scanning and filing all digital and hard copy paperwork) In charge of document management system. · Production and Batch documentation management. · SAHPRA quarterly reports. · Export documentation and paperwork. · Document support during audits. · Updating, writing and filing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Official Forms (SOFs) close work with compliance manager. DEPARTMENT: HR MANAGER · Payroll system. · Paying salaries and wages. · PAYE submissions and payments. · Leave management. · Working with accountant on EMP501. · Assisting managers with annual performance appraisals
