Job Description

Role: Executive Personal Assistant Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape Salary: TBC Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate high-level meetings, appointments, and complex travel itineraries across multiple time zones. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, representing the CEO with clarity and professionalism. Project Support: Provide direct support in planning, executing, and tracking progress on strategic projects, including international initiatives. Office Oversight: Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations and anticipate whats needed before it's asked. Meeting Preparation: Schedule, prepare agendas, and ensure accurate follow-through on all meeting outcomes. Data & Document Management: Maintain a structured and secure approach to documentation and information handling. Business Development: Assist in identifying new income opportunities and developing client relationships. Special Projects: Undertake research, compile reports, and manage ad-hoc tasks aligned with business priorities. What Were Looking For: Proven experience supporting C-suite or executive-level leadership. Excellent judgement and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with complete professionalism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. A proactive, commercially minded individual who takes ownership and delivers.
