The Regional Finance Team Leader, Controlling & Reporting, will be responsible for developing and improving financial business processes and act as an advisor to local country finance organizations. As a Regional Finance Team Leader, Controlling & Reporting, you will: Assist in regional consolidation for monthly closing, budget, and forecast, ensuring clear insights for management and providing actionable analysis to key stakeholders. Review variance analysis and create waterfall bridges to identify performance gaps and opportunities. Build dashboards and interactive reports for management. Review regular balance sheet governance, audit, and other business compliance (e.g., IATA Financial review) across the APAC region. Investigate operational processes within the local country to understand the financial impact on the business. Review and enforce intercompany balance variances to ensure group eliminations are met. About you: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting, with exposure to accounting practices in other APAC regional countries. Strong technical skills in advanced Excel and BI tools, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Experience with SAP ERP system. Ability to prepare and work with reports.
