Job Description The candidate will manage assets across the Asia Pacific and Europe markets. The job offers a professional challenge in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support strategies to maximize performance and enhance assets by working with internal stakeholders (such as marketing, property managers, facility managers, and country managers) to formulate and execute action plans regarding OPEX & CAPEX management. Act as Landlord’s representative to manage client relationships and resolve issues as appropriate. Analyse and implement effective Lease Management strategies, including lease structuring, renewal & retention strategies, client & asset risk management (e.g., Know Your Clients, arrears monitoring, property tax management). Carry out Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), asset valuation, asset review, and hold-sell analysis for managed assets. Support team initiatives across countries in areas like Compliance, ESG, Health & Safety, BCP, and audits. Prepare & consolidate budgets and forecasts related to net property income and capital expenditure; perform variance analysis against actual performance. Consolidate and analyze data for periodic and ad hoc reports, investor meetings, and prepare performance reports at property and portfolio levels. Assist in preparing the company's annual reports and circulars. Requirements Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field, with strong numerical skills. 8-10 years of experience in real estate asset management and operations; knowledge of data centre operations and REITs reporting is a plus. Self-motivated, resourceful team player capable of resolving issues independently. Result-oriented with the ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data analytics software is preferred.
