Job Description

What will you do? As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Controls, you will receive and process complex customer orders, inquiries, and complaints regarding products ordered during the sales process. You will also proactively maintain relationships with key customers and collaborate with sales staff while handling multiple product markets. How will you do it? Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring timely order confirmation and addressing any related inquiries. Relationship Management: Foster ongoing relationships with key customers, providing personalized support and proactive communication. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and supply chain teams to resolve order issues and expedite deliveries. Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. What are we looking for? A University degree or equivalent experience (1 year minimum for degree holders, 6 years for 2-year degree). Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment. Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. Detail-oriented and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in MS Office and capable of utilizing technology to enhance service delivery.
