OUR VALUES BUILD PARTNERSHIPS - THINK BEYOND - DO THE RIGHT THING Your new role: Develop new business relationships and maintain your network of client companies through business development calls, client visits, networking and entertainment events. Apply a relationship-based sales approach to build and maintain a successful book of business. Source, recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals to match client requirements for contract, contract to hire or permanent opportunities. Build a network of active and passive professionals through creative sourcing, referrals and networking events. Foster long-term relationships with candidates and candidates through ongoing contact. Grow contractor headcount for designated market and take action on leads passed. Follow up with pipeline and placed candidates to grow your professional network within your market. Build foundational recruitment (find & engage) skills, knowledge and take responsibility for own development. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities with Learning & Development. Actively showcase and live HAYS values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance. What we’re looking for: 2 years experience in staffing sales. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for the Life Sciences industry, involving aligning vacancies, searching for candidates, interviews, monitoring and leading all phases of the recruitment process. Lead commercial activities (BUDs, commercial meetings, meetings at the client to present a short-list and/or monitor the process, among others), meeting the KPIs determined by the Senior Leadership. Engage in proactive and constant market mapping. Act proactively with our clients, sending attractive professionals for companies to get to know, even without open positions. Be present with clients and candidates whenever possible. Develop and maintain a high-performance team culture aligned with Hays' values. Serve as an example for the entire company. Support corporate initiatives and work together with other business units. Advanced English is mandatory What you will get: We offer base compensation of 32K – 52K MX pesos/month plus commission plan.
