✅ Job Description – Finance Transformation Senior Associate Location: Mexico City or Guadalajara (Hybrid/On-site) Industry: Consulting Seniority Level: Senior Associate ️ Function: Finance Transformation / Consulting ⸻ About the Role We are seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Associate to join our dynamic team in Mexico City or Guadalajara . This role is ideal for professionals with strong consulting experience who are passionate about driving transformation in Finance and Accounting functions within top-tier organizations. As part of our consulting team, you will support end-to-end finance transformation projects for clients across industries, from strategy and design through deployment and change management. ⸻ Responsibilities • Lead and support Finance & Accounting transformation projects, from initial visioning and target operating model development to implementation and continuous improvement. • Conduct current state assessments, benchmarking analyses, and develop business cases and transformation roadmaps. • Design and document process models, organizational structures (SSC/GBS), governance, and technology architecture. • Participate in ERP/EPM implementations: gathering requirements, drafting functional documentation, performing configuration and testing. • Manage change and communications strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and project management support. • Contribute to business development activities such as proposal creation, client presentations, go-to-market strategies, and internal knowledge sharing. ⸻ Requirements • 3 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles. Experience at a Big Four or top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, EY, Accenture) is preferred but not required . • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Hands-on experience implementing or working with Oracle EPM , Workday , or SAP Analytics Cloud , particularly in FP&A and Financial Consolidation . • Oracle EPM examples: Financial Consolidation & Close, Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Account Reconciliation, Profitability & Cost Management (PCM). • Workday examples: Workday Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Accounting Center, Expense Management, Procurement. • SAP Analytics Cloud examples: Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting. • Solid understanding of core finance functions: General Ledger, FP&A, Consolidation, AP/AR, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Reporting . • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. • Proven experience in global projects or multinational environments. ⸻ Nice to Have • Certifications such as PMP , Lean Six Sigma , or other relevant credentials. • Experience with Shared Services Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) transformation initiatives.
