Job Description

What you’ll do: •Provide administrative and logistical support to HR management, including internal communication, organizational charts, and coordination of corporate and social responsibility events to strengthen workplace relations. •Oversee personnel-related services, such as visitor logistics, PPE and office supply distribution, cafeteria support for meetings and trainings, and management of promotional items for employees, customers, and suppliers. •Coordinate and support employee development initiatives, including the planning and execution of internal trainings, motivational activities, and special events aligned with the company’s capacity-building goals. What is required: •Education: Bachelor's degree or similar. •Proven experience in HR with training, labor relations, people and service management. English is a plus. •This position is for temporary contract (6 months to 1 year).
