Fater is an Italian company, a joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Angelini Industries. It produces and distributes products in 38 countries across Europe, including detergents under the Ace and Neoblanc brands, and absorbent products such as Pampers, Lines, and Tampax in Italy. Fater invests about 4% of its annual turnover in innovation. Its headquarters are in Pescara, with production plants in Pescara, Campochiaro (CB), Portugal (Porto), and Turkey (Gebze). The Challenge Europe is undergoing significant regulatory changes, especially related to the Green Deal, which will impact products over the next 3 to 5 years. Regulatory Affairs plays a crucial role in guiding the company through these changes. We are seeking a passionate and talented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to lead change and support our regulatory goals, helping us navigate these challenging times. What you will do Manage internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, R&D) and external consultants on regulatory initiatives. Oversee claims discussions, AW approvals, and regulatory evaluations of new prototypes/projects in categories like Fabric & Home Care and Medical Devices, both within and outside the EU. Assist the Regulatory Affairs Manager in assessing upcoming regulations and their impact on the company. What you need to succeed Technical degree (Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, etc.). At least 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the FMCG industry. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. A proactive attitude, curiosity, and team-oriented mindset. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. J-18808-Ljbffr
