Financial & Industrial Controller – Manufacturing Sector

We are looking for a Financial & Industrial Controller to join our team and support the company's strategic and operational goals through strong financial analysis and business insight. Your main responsibilities : Prepare and deliver monthly reporting to HQ in compliance with IFRS standards, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Forecasts. Conduct business performance analysis, preparing reports and presentations for Management (e.g. ppt of the BU, P&L variances, CAPEX, cost-saving initiatives, sales trends). Lead the annual budgeting process, support the preparation of the Business Plan, and manage periodic forecast updates. Design, implement, and monitor the Financial Internal Control System, with clear KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness. Drive improvements in Industrial Accounting, ensuring more accurate and timely data. Support transfer pricing activities in compliance with international regulations and internal policies. Coordinate cross-functional projects, including strategic initiatives like Industry 5.0 and GDPR compliance. Support external auditors, especially during the year-end closing phase. J-18808-Ljbffr
