Job Description Job Description Civil litigation firm based in Apopka (Orlando area), FL seeks a new associate with 0 to 3 years of experience. Smothers Law Firm, P.A. is a busy civil litigation practice with 2 full time attorneys, staff, reasonable hourly billing goals, and a friendly work environment. The new associate will be mentored into an attorney capable of managing cases from beginning to end. Areas of practice include general commercial litigation, construction litigation, estate and probate litigation, real property based litigation, and general business matters. Salary range is $60k-$70k depending on experience and qualifications, not including quarterly performance-based bonuses ($1,500.00 per quarter). No prior experience is required but will be considered. Must be a member of the Florida Bar, or waiting on Bar results. Please submit a resume and writing sample with your application.
