Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Attorney at BALT, you’ll have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities: Handle a variety of civil litigation cases, including real estate law (property disputes and contract disputes), personal injury, and commercial disputes. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies. Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlements. Taking and defending depositions. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida State Bar (or eligibility for admission). 2 years of litigation experience (real estate law or personal injury experience is a plus). Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: Competitive salary range: commensurate with experience.
