Senior Manager- Valuations

An expanding advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its growing Valuations team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a fast-developing practice and work across a broad spectrum of valuation engagements for clients across multiple sectors. You will lead a diverse range of projects including valuations for financial reporting, transactions, commercial strategy, dispute resolution, and strategic planning. You’ll also play a key role in business development, team mentoring, and helping define the strategic direction of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex valuation engagements across shares, businesses, intangible assets, and share options Deliver projects for a variety of purposes, including transactions, tax, disputes, strategic reviews, and financial reporting (e.g. PPA, IFRS) Collaborate directly with clients to understand business drivers and deliver tailored solutions Prepare and present high-quality valuation reports and documentation Manage junior team members, providing coaching, supervision, and technical review Support business development through proposal writing, networking, and market research Participate in shaping team strategy and service line development Contribute to the refinement of internal valuation models, templates, and processes to improve delivery and consistency Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource planning to ensure efficient execution What We’re Looking For: ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification Strong technical expertise in valuation methodologies Experience across a range of valuation contexts (e.g. PPA, share options, commercial disputes, strategic planning) Excellent report writing and communication skills Strong financial modelling capability in Excel Commercial awareness and ability to build client relationships Proactive, collaborative, and confident in managing multiple priorities
