Operations Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager to lead an established Highway Surfacing Contractor , based in the Manchester region. Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 (Highly Negotiable) Company Car, Bonus & Benefits. This role would best suit an experienced Contract, Operations or Regional Manager with a proven track record in either the Road Surfacing or Highway Improvements sectors. The incumbent will be reporting into the MD, and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the surfacing business, including planning and programming, management of the gangs, client liaison and development, and generally ensuring that projects are delivered to time and budget. You will also be working closely with the Board of Directors as well as the Civils Division and Plant Hire Business, to develop a clear strategy for business growth across the group.
