About the role Komodo is on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Events Executive to support the planning and delivery of unforgettable experiences for some of the world’s most exciting brands. Based in our London HQ, you’ll play a key role in bringing to life pop-ups, press launches, influencer trips, and branded activations that are as social-first as they are seamless. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in events, ideally with exposure to the influencer marketing or social media space. You’ll work closely with our Events Managers and wider team to support everything from venue sourcing and supplier comms to talent liaison and live event support. No two days are the same at Komodo. You might be helping plan a luxury retreat one week and supporting a high-energy TikTok-worthy launch the next. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and brings energy, creativity, and flawless attention to detail to everything they do. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of a wide range of events and activations, from influencer dinners and press trips to pop-ups and product launches Provide on-the-ground support at events, ensuring smooth execution and standout guest experiences Work closely with influencers, creators, and VIP guests—coordinating logistics, travel, and itineraries with care and discretion Collaborate with the wider events and creative teams to support idea development and visual concepting Source venues, props, suppliers, and production partners, both locally and globally Help manage project timelines, budgets, and internal documents such as schedules and call sheets Track and compile post-event reports, helping measure success and capture key learnings Stay up to date with trends in experiential, influencer marketing, and social-first brand moments What we’re looking for: 1–2 years of experience in events, influencer marketing, or a similar creative field Passionate about culture, creators, and storytelling through brand experiences Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once Confident communicator who thrives in team environments and is comfortable liaising with talent and clients Highly detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a positive, can-do attitude Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and how events play out across them Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or travel when required Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Don't meet every single requirement?
