Job Description

Research Director – Pharma Research London (hybrid, 1–2 days a week in-office) £80,000 – £100,000 bonus ✅ Mixed methods researcher (a lean on quant or qual is fine) I'm looking for a mixed methods Pharma market researcher ready for a Director-level role where you can shape strategy, lead high-impact global projects, and still be really hands on in the work, bringing in new business and leadership of the team. The Client: You’ll be joining an award-winning, full-service consultancy with a dedicated mixed methods health team working across EU and US markets. They partner with the world’s biggest pharma, biotech and MedTech names to deliver research that informs early-stage innovation, market opportunity, and patient support strategies. From oncology to immunology, diabetes to rare diseases, the work is wide-reaching and meaningful. The Role: As Director, you’ll lead major client accounts, guide project teams, and be a key voice in shaping the future of the business. If you’re commercially minded, confident working across multiple therapy areas, and ready to take ownership of business growth, they’ll back you every step of the way. This is a rare opportunity to play at a strategic level and stay close to the research. Ideal for someone who loves variety, autonomy, and genuinely having an impact. What makes this team different? For one, there’s serious ambition: they promote based on impact, not tenure. There’s also deep investment in quality and creativity, with in-house design and a real push toward integrated, real-world research that moves beyond traditional boundaries.
