You will work in a nurturing, play-based environment that supports children’s learning, confidence, and curiosity from birth to five. In this role, you will: Provide high-quality care and education aligned with the EYFS and Birth to Five Matters Frameworks; Create a safe, stimulating space where children feel happy, confident, and supported; Build strong relationships with children, families, and your fellow team members; Bring creativity, warmth, and demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to everyday tasks; About You Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification Passionate about early childhood education and nurturing young minds Positive and enthusiastic , with a naturally warm and friendly presence Hardworking and proactive , with a can-do attitude and strong initiative Flexible and adaptable , able to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure Creative and playful , with the confidence to think outside the box and make learning fun Collaborative , enjoying being part of a close-knit team Self-aware and growth-oriented , open to feedback and eager to keep learning Knowledgeable about the EYFS and Birth to Five Matters (BTM) framework Confident in supporting behaviour and encouraging emotional development *At the moment, we are not able to offer Visa Sponsorships
