We are recruiting for a Director of Clinical Service. As Director of Clinical Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical departments, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-focused care. Working closely with hospital leadership you will be shaping the clinical direction and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities • Lead and manage clinical governance, risk, and compliance across all clinical areas. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes and service quality. • Provide mentorship and leadership to clinical teams. • Collaborate with the operational teams to ensure integrated service delivery. • Champion patient safety, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance (CQC, etc.). Key skills required • Registered healthcare professional (NMC/HCPC) with clinical leadership experience. • Proven track record in managing clinical services in a multi-specialty setting. • Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement, and healthcare regulations. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strategic thinker with operational insight and a passion for patient-centred care.
