Title: Trusts & Estates Associate Solicitor 3PQE Location: Exeter Position: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Minimum 3 years PQE Our Top100 client’s Trusts and Estates team is looking for a dedicated Associate Solicitor to join their esteemed practise in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy, well-respected team known for providing strategic and practical solutions to families managing national and international assets over generations. About the Role: As an Associate Solicitor, you will engage with a diverse caseload that includes high net worth individuals, business owners, executors, trustees, as well as farmers and landowners in the region. Your responsibilities will encompass advising on wills and succession planning, trusts, probate, estate administration, tax planning, and wealth preservation strategies. You will be entrusted with high-quality work from day one, allowing you to take on significant responsibility and showcase your expertise. Who You Are: You are an ambitious and self-motivated solicitor with a strong background in Private Wealth. Your exceptional communication skills will allow you to build trust and lasting relationships with clients. You possess a natural enthusiasm for client engagement, networking, and business development, with experience in generating new business connections.
