Project Manager Location: St Asaph Salary: £65,000 Car Allowance Bonus Contract Type: Permanent Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 42.75 hours/week The Role We’re working with a well-established construction business based in North Wales that is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a site-based role, delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio within both public and private sectors. As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading schemes from inception to completion, acting as the key client interface, and ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll manage supply chains, coordinate site teams, and drive performance while upholding health, safety, and compliance standards.
