What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the QS team across residential and office fit-out projects Assisting with cost planning, procurement, valuations, and variations Managing subcontractor packages and supporting on final accounts Working closely with site teams to monitor progress and costs Helping to ensure commercial efficiency across projects What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years’ experience in a quantity surveying or assistant QS role Main contractor experience preferred (open to other sector other than residential or fit out) Strong numeracy, commercial awareness, and attention to detail Good communication skills – you’ll be client-facing and team-oriented Degree-qualified (QS or related discipline) Why Join?
