Location: UK Sector: Utilities/Engineering/Power Base Salary:£165k base, Genuine Equity, Fully Expensed Senior Executive Car, Family Healthcare, Generous group and personal bonus, Pension. Our client is one of the UK’s leading HV contractors delivering solutions to the UK power market-transformer station, substation, transmission and distribution networks. Due to a combination of a bold growth strategy and succession planning, they are seeking an MD to lead and enhance their leadership team within the UK and Europe. The Role Reporting to the UK CEO you will have total responsibility for the P&L and direction of the business. You will be the key interface with the Board, will ensure that the business maintains it’s high margin levels. Will develop a Senior Leadership team that will be recognised as the “the ones to beat”. The Person Ideally engineering degree qualified you will have a minimum of 10 years power sector overhead line (400kv) experience in the UK or at an international location. An exceptional Business Leader you will be comfortable leading a team of high calibre individuals. Will be looking to move to a CEO role within a given period of time.
