Director of Operations

Job Title: Multi- Site Operations Director Location: Multi-site Salary: Competitive Excellent Package Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a leading global manufacturer to recruit a multi-site Operations Director. This is a key strategic role, responsible for leading operational excellence across two major UK locations. The Operations Director will provide strong, forward-thinking leadership to a team of Plant Managers, creating a high-performance, collaborative culture with a focus on driving continuous improvement and efficiency across both sites while mentoring and empowering operational leaders. Responsibilities of the Operations Director will include: Develop and execute operational strategies in line with business goals Lead and inspire the operations team to meet and exceed performance targets Continuously review and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency and support growth Drive cost-effective practices across all areas of the business Collaborate closely with the Plant Managers to identify and implement improvement initiatives We are keen to speak with Operations Director / Plant Leaders with the following Degree-qualified, ideally in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Proven experience in a senior operations role within manufacturing or a related sector Demonstrated success in managing multi-site operations Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills Willingness to travel regularly between sites with the majority of time spent on plant This role is being managed by Ian Bruce at Elevation Recruitment Group.
