Project Details: 9 month engagement, 5 days a week Outside IR35 £700-850/day Remote with travel once a month to either London or Southampton Project Overview: To support our global growth and recent acquisitions we are looking for a seasoned Product Ops Consultant who can work with our CEO, Product and Engineering leadership team to embed our new product operating model. The organisation has nearly doubled in size and we need to ensure a clear alignment across people, processes, systems and tooling. Alongside embedding the new operating model you will drive Product Ops activities; driving accountability and clarity in the product roadmap and leading key product planning processes. What are we looking for? A seasoned product consultant who has worked at a VP Product, Product Director or Senior Product Ops level Evidence of driving transformation change within a Product organisation, embedding new ways of working across multiple teams/locations Ideally experience of M&A Excellent leadership and change management skills Experience working in a scaleup or high growth SaaS business
