Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in the test and diagnostic process of complex electrical and electronic sub-systems and circuit cards. What you’ll be doing Support the test and diagnostics of electronic sub-assemblies during all phases of the product lifecycle. Provide engineering input during design and development to ensure testability and readiness for production. Introduce and manage test facilities, equipment configuration, and documentation (test specs, operator instructions). Diagnose production failures down to component level using both manual and automated test systems. Collaborate with design, operations, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges. Ensure compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. What we’re looking for Minimum HNC in Electronics or a related field (HND/Degree preferred). Proven experience in digital and analogue electronics manufacturing and test. Solid understanding of electrical test principles, fault diagnosis, and test equipment operation. Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP) for test documentation and non-conformance reporting. Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
