Pricing Manager

HIRING: Technical Pricing Manager Flexible location (Peterborough 1 day/week or remote) I’m looking to connect with experienced pricing or actuarial professionals interested in a new challenge within a growing insurance business. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of retail pricing models from end to end working with tools like Earnix, Python, and R and helping drive forward innovation in pricing strategy. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with the commercial and data science teams. What we’re looking for: Solid experience in motor/general insurance pricing Hands-on with Earnix or Radar Strong statistical modelling background (Python, R, etc.) Someone who can see the bigger picture and explain it clearly to others The role comes with flexibility, ideally you'd be in the Peterborough office once a week but we’re happy to explore other setups for the right person.
