Building Inspector (Class 2A)

What you’ll do Take ownership of site inspections across Cumbria, covering all non-HRB building types. You’ll gain valuable experience and support in achieving additional classifications, helping you progress your career. Write up reports and provide expert advice to owners, contractors and other construction professionals. Your input will shape the safety and compliance of buildings in the area. What you’ll need Be a registered building inspector with at least Class 2 A for inspection Be willing to spend three days visiting sites, with the other two working from home No minimum requirement for years of experience About the company A local organisation of significant size prioritising safety under the BSR and BSA.
