Job Description
Role : Manhattan ACTIVE Supply Chain Manager Up to £55k Location - South Yorkshire The Manhattan Active Supply Chain Manager consistently reviews operational processes, data and requirements to adjust and improve them to deliver optimal outcomes, driving both efficiency and quality. The person will liaise with key stakeholders from across the business to ensure all requirements for any changes are captured and that all parties are kept up to date on progress Key Responsibilities • Manage Manhattan Active changes, liaising with IT colleagues to ensure they are delivered to the required operational specification • Collaborate with IT colleagues to conduct thorough testing of any changes, including user acceptance testing to ensure any operational actions are captured • Liaise with the Purchasing, Projects and the Stock Integrity team to ensure master data is accurate, and matching across all 3 operating systems, ERP, WMS, and WCS, including the setup of new part numbers • Review new product introductions to ensure they comply with master data requirements, and any systematic requirements are captured • Implement Manhattan Active best practice for operational processes, regularly reviewing them against market leaders • Regularly review and present findings and reports on operational hotspots, including ongoing monitoring • Maintain system cleanliness liaising with various parties • Operations team – dated tasks • Stock Integrity team – dated stock (not moving) • Outbound operations – oLPNs stuck (not scanned through the process) • Manage and review system inputs to adjust them to get optimal outcomes, including but not limited to - • Waving process • Pickface replenishments • RDC replenishments Qualifications And Experience • Experience with Manhattan Active and Manhattan SCI, including the ability to write reports • A deep understanding of warehouse operational processes • Degree or qualification in Supply Chain Management, IT, Logistics, or Project Management preferred. • Experience managing supply chain, logistics, WMS implementation projects in a fast-paced distribution environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
