Human Resources Development Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional keen to be involved in culture transformation and reorganisation? Elevation Recruitment HR division are partnering with a global manufacturing organisation on the lookout for a HR & Development Project Partner to support key People and Culture and reorganisation initiatives. Based in Sheffield , this is a 12 month fixed-term contract offering a fantastic opportunity to drive real impact across a high-performing site and comes with the following benefits: 25 days holiday 7.5% pension contribution Salary sacrifice car scheme A collaborative, values-driven culture with real career development opportunities Duties & Responsibilities will include: Supporting the roll-out of a workforce culture plan aligned with company values Analysing current structures and frameworks on workforce planning initiatives Coordinating a full-site talent development programme (including skills gap analysis and training delivery) Playing an active role in a major site relocation project Partnering with stakeholders to shape future organisational structure and lead change activities Manage consultations around change Managing risks, timelines, and project deliverables across various workstreams Key Skills & Experience: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) Proven HR project delivery experience (ideally within manufacturing or similar environments) Strong understanding of L&D planning, workforce development, and employee engagement Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a bonus On-site presence required 4 days per week, with occasional travel to other UK sites Interested in driving forward people-focused change in a valued manufacturing environment?
