Job Description

EPM Systems Admin Officer Kensington Contract £316.43 per day PAYE or £400 per day limited paid via Umbrella Company inside iR35 Our client is looking for an experienced EPM Systems Admin Officer. Responsible for managing the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, primarily focusing on the Planning, Narrative Reporting and Workforce Modelling modules. Responsible for undertaking EPM Service Administrator tasks including configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the system. Maintaining master data sets, navigation flows and other records within the EPM system to ensure business processes do not fail. Providing support and cover for EPM Systems Administration via the Oracle OCI console and managing user access and permissions. Qualifications Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualified or comparable relevant experience. Qualification in computing at intermediate diploma or above level or equivalent expertise and experience. Evidence of continuing professional development. Skills; Experience and Attitude Providing services with a customer-centric approach and implementing improvements while effectively managing service demands, pressures, and tight deadlines. Knowledge of how Oracle EPM processes and interfaces work. Experience of systems administration for Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting systems or modules. Experience of using core financial accounting systems with integrated modules. Proficiency in using IT including Microsoft Office products to analyse data and report information. Experience of working in a similar role within a public or private sector organisation. Understanding of accounting principles, policies, and practices and legislation and frameworks applicable to local government. Experience of undertaking work on key financial processes and controls, and ability to monitor and report on these. High degree of numeracy and attention to detail with experience of working with large volumes of data. Good interpersonal skills with colleagues, residents, businesses, and other stakeholders. Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload and take ownership of transactions from start to finish. Able to work with minimal supervision and be proactive in problem solving. Experience of maintaining good quality documentation with audit trail to evidence approval of system changes. The first part of our recruitment process is to send your CV.
