Building Surveyor

Overview: We're working with a well-established, medium-sized building consultancy in Cardiff that's expanding its team. They're now looking for a Building Surveyor with 1-3 years' post-degree experience to join their growing office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on more responsibility, work closely with clients, and gain exposure across both professional and project-led work. The Role: Condition surveys and reporting Planned maintenance programmes Contract administration Refurbishment and project work Supporting senior surveyors on more complex instructions What They're Looking For: Around 1-3 years' post-degree experience in Building Surveying Strong communication skills and confident working with clients A well-rounded surveyor open to both professional and project work Ambitious and keen to work towards MRICS (if not already on the path) What's on Offer: £35,000 - £40,000 salary Structured support toward chartership Sociable team with a strong pipeline of work 25 days holiday bank holidays Hybrid/flexible working options
