Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contractual aspects of our projects. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, procurement, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery. This role is based in Stockport Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration Monitor costs, conduct valuations, and certify payments Identify and mitigate project risks What We’re Looking For: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field RICS/CICES chartered or working towards it Strong knowledge of contracts and cost control Excellent analytical and communication skills Why OCU Group?
