About the role You will be responsible for the delivery of acquisition and design related projects (including but not limited to new Code acquisition, upgrades, NTQs, Lease renewals and incoming/outgoing site share applications) and the ongoing management of a defined set of projects within a geographic region or customer programme. To track the delivery of sites across relevant programmes of work within the region or programme and ensure that business and customer timescales, budget and volume targets are achieved. To work with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve the optimum site solution and optimise the Cornerstone asset portfolio Key Responsibilities To deliver Cornerstone property transaction activities across a defined group of sites to achieve the Cornerstone, Customer and Shareholder targets through effective management of internal stakeholders the 3rd party Agents and Suppliers The programme of work will comprise property-related transactions including lease renewals, new site acquisition and upgrades applicable to assets in the specific region or programme To be aware of & manage dependencies within the region or programme and other Cornerstone teams (Demand, Finance, Legal) through planning, tracking & reporting to ensure Cornerstone, Customer and Shareholder targets are achieved To provide visibility of the future profile of all work streams (renewals, NTQ, acquisitions etc.) by ensuring that forecasting is up to date & in accordance with agreed forecasting standards through the tracking of 3rd party supplier projections To deliver defined Capex & Opex targets & agreement terms by applying agreed standards, policies & expertise and escalating exceptions to enable the business to make informed decisions Apply asset management & property expertise to support & validate the work of 3rd party suppliers and to ensure site specific issues are addressed To maintain security of tenure and keep shareholder cells in service through effective management of Acquisition Agents, Estates Partners and Legal Partners across the NTQ pipeline of sites including clear visibility of acquisition delivery and site removal dates for decommissioning through close management of supplier deliverables Stakeholder & Relationship Management Build & maintain effective working relationships with the Estates team, Shareholder regional teams and other Cornerstone teams to ensure Cornerstone policy is understood & applied consistently and improve certainty that objectives will be achieved by setting realistic expectations, delivering on commitments & effective communication Continuous Improvement Identify areas for improvement & take ownership of specific issues through to resolution to drive improved performance and achieve targets Supplier Management Manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver agreed targets on a defined group of sites by creating an environment that drives success & secures business targets through reporting and management of key deliverables Risk, Issue & Dependency Management To proactively surface and record inn our internal risk management systems all risk, issues & dependencies, subsequently managing their mitigation and resolution or escalating those that cannot be solved Compliance & Security To support and contribute actively to health and safety, environmental, business continuity and information security arrangements that meets our obligations to our customers Our commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is fundamental to our success.
