Project Manager – New Build (Commercial) Location: London Salary: £90-100k Package We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the new build phase of a major commercial project comprising both new build and refurbishment elements. As a Tier 1 main contractor, our client deliver high-profile, complex developments across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a significant new build package from pre-construction through to completion, reporting directly to the Project Director. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of the new build element of a large commercial scheme Manage program, cost, and quality from start to finish Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery Work closely with the refurb team to align key interfaces Drive safety, compliance, and performance on-site Requirements: Proven experience delivering commercial new builds (Tier 1 or large-scale contractor experience preferred) Strong leadership and site management capability Track record of delivering projects on time and to budget Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) Please apply with your most up to date CV and contact George Isaac regarding this position.
