Nanny for a 3-Year-Old Boy (Russian/English Speaking) – London We are looking for a kind, experienced, and enthusiastic live-in nanny to join a private household in London to care for a curious and active 3-year-old boy . This is a long-term position with a rotational schedule and great potential for the right candidate. Location: London, UK Schedule : 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (live-in during working weeks) Responsibilities: Holistic development and care of a 3-year-old boy Daily educational and creative activities (including Montessori and early development methods) Supporting healthy routines, play, learning, and emotional wellbeing Coordination with the family office and development director Light housekeeping related to the child (toys, clothes, meals, etc.) Requirements: Resident of the UK Fluent in both English and Russian Own children (mandatory) Relevant education: pedagogical, early childhood, Montessori (3-6) or similar Previous experience with children aged 2–5 Strong interest in sports, yoga, and active lifestyle Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and neat appearance Cheerful, kind, responsible, and detail-oriented Bonus if you: Are familiar with alternative/holistic child development approaches Have teaching or nanny experience in HNWI families If you’re passionate about child development and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you!
