Commercial Litigation Solcitor - Associate/Senior Associate - Birmingham -Top 100 UK Law Firm | Hybrid Working (3 days p/w in office) Salary £60,000-£73,000 Bonus & Benefits Join a motivated yet highly collegiate Commercial Litigation team renowned for handling high‑profile disputes across a broad spectrum of sectors. You’ll be entrusted with your own caseload—ranging from contract disputes and professional negligence claims to banking, IP, fraud, procurement, partnership, and shareholder disputes—while also supporting Partners and Senior Associates on complex, large‑scale matters. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a varied caseload across all commercial litigation specialisms Draft pleadings, witness statements, and briefs , and run advocacy hearings at County Court, High Court, and arbitration venues Collaborate closely with Partners and Senior Associates on multi‑jurisdictional or high‑value disputes Engage in business development , including client pitches, industry events, and thought leadership Ensure compliance with all information security requirements and firm policies What We’re Looking For 3–8 years PQE in Commercial Litigation at a UK law firm or equivalent top‑tier practice Proven experience in contract disputes, negligence, banking, IP, defamation, fraud, procurement, and/or shareholder/partnership claims Strong prioritisation skills , able to juggle multiple matters under tight deadlines Excellent written and oral communication , with a client‑focused, pragmatic approach A proactive self‑starter who thrives both independently and within a supportive team environment Outstanding academic credentials and a demonstrable commitment to building a career in litigation What We Offer Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office and the remainder from home 26 days annual leave bank holidays (pro rata) Private Medical Insurance & Life Assurance Pension Scheme Cycle to Work & Charity Day schemes Flexible working policies to support work–life balance A genuinely supportive culture with clear progression pathways to Senior Partner Ready to take your commercial litigation career to the next level?
