What You'll Do Lead product strategy and lifecycle management across QSR, Pharmacy, and E-commerce sectors Spot trends, gaps, diversification and opportunities—and translate them into pioneering packaging solutions Act as the go-to expert on sustainability and regulatory compliance (EUDR, EPR, PPWR) Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and co-create future-ready products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovation to life—from concept to launch What You Bring Product management experience—ideally in packaging or paper-based goods A sharp commercial mindset backed by strategic and analytical thinking Confidence in navigating complex regulations and turning them into opportunities An ability to balance creativity with compliance A passion for purpose-driven work and planet-conscious design Why Smith Anderson?
