Civil Project Manager

Civil Project Manager, North Scotland for SSE ASTI Framework 12 Month contract Outside IR35 Fully accountable for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements. Establishes the overall standards for projects and contracts. Ensures project requirements are clearly identified and met. Identifies issues promptly and ensures they are resolved efficiently and in a controlled manner. Oversees the planning, review, and execution of contract programmes. Provides line management for Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and Section Managers. Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, fostering collaboration, and keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed on project and contract progress. Ensures risk assessments are developed, implemented, and regularly reviewed as necessary. Expected to resolve the majority of operational issues, escalating any critical business matters to the Project Director. Manages all commercial aspects of the project, including achieving gross margin targets, cost control, and other key financial metrics. Oversees the performance of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with financial and commercial goals.
