In-house Litigation Solicitor Location: Battersea 4/5PQE Salary: £80K DOE Full time in the office My client is a leading property investor, specialising in companies with residential and commercial properties. They work nationwide, and have built a vast amount of experience in the sector, with a history of successful transactions valuing over £750 million. This position is a great opportunity to join an ever growing business who are leaders in their field. The role will joining the litigation team that currently consists of 2 Solicitors. This will involve the supervision and training of juniors, as well as advising more senior solicitors and company directors. The company has luxury offices that overlook the Thames, offering a friendly and vibrant work environment. Key Responsibilities: · Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and litigation. · Provide expert legal advice and representation to the company. · Prepare and draft legal documents. · Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services. · Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development. Requirements: 4PQE Litigation Solicitor with experience in a varied litigation caseload. Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. This role may also suit a foreign qualified solicitor. Have an ambitious and hard working attitude to work. Has in-house experience or an interest for it.
