Act as a coach and advocate for leadership development, succession planning, and performance management. Provide expert guidance on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations. What We’re Looking For: Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Proven experience partnering with senior leadership in fast-paced, international environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Mandarin fluency is essential.
