I’m currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Harrogate to assist in the recruitment of a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their respected and growing Litigation Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level litigator (around 4–5 years PQE, though flexibility is offered) to work on a wide-ranging caseload, including complex and high-value matters. The firm has a strong national profile, particularly in alternative dispute resolution , and is known for its involvement in high-profile litigation – including work for household-name clients in the sport and media sectors. The Role Will Include: Commercial and contractual disputes Insolvency-related litigation Mediation and arbitration Shareholder and partnership disputes Property and construction litigation Reputation management matters Sports-related disputes Contentious probate and trusts Ideal Candidate Profile: Solid commercial litigation experience and good technical knowledge of the CPR Ability to handle a diverse caseload independently and confidently Track record of delivering strong outcomes on complex matters Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management Willingness to contribute to business development activity This opportunity would suit someone seeking more visibility and autonomy within a high-performing, modern litigation team.
