The Hereford operation is the major UK production facility and we are now seeking an additional Process Operators to support our manufacturing plans at Special Metals Wiggin. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who have a passion to win and deliver. You will have experience within manufacturing, using machinery like lathes, grinders, saws, drills and handheld equipment, measuring equipment (gauges/ tape measures/rulers) etc or setting up machines or similar. Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive induction into the business however, you must be able to work shifts which will include days, afternoons & nights (6-2/2-10/10-6 on a weekly rotation). Responsibilities Ideally will have experience in a manufacturing environment Good level of English and basic numeracy skills essential. Able to do 3 x 8 hour rotating shift - days, afternoons & nights. Dependable, reliable, adaptable. The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively. Good attention to detail, a flexible attitude to tasks and able to use your own initiative. Full training will be provided. Pay range and compensation package Attractive starting rate £25,600 pa ( shift allowance £291 per month) Overtime opportunities. Excellent Company Pension. Life Assurance x 4.
