Senior Manager SAP Finance Consultant Location: UK-Wide Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £135,000 A leading global consultancy is hiring a Senior Manager SAP Finance Consultant to support the delivery of complex finance transformation programmes. This role will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations for enterprise clients across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance functional delivery across transformation programmes • Oversee client engagements, reporting to Director level • Manage solution design, delivery teams (3–8 consultants), and governance • Drive quality assurance, risk management, and project controls • Contribute to presales, bids, and shaping future client solutions • Promote automation (e.g. iRPA) and intelligent finance operations Required Experience • Deep functional knowledge of SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance • Experience across 2–3 specialist areas (e.g. CO-PA, FSCM, RAR, Fixed Assets) • 3–4 full lifecycle SAP Finance implementations (min. 1 with S/4HANA) • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability • Previous experience in a consulting environment is essential Desirable • Pre-sales or solutioning experience • Background in accounting or finance transformation • Understanding of SAP Activate and enterprise architecture Package & Benefits: • £110k–£135k base salary performance bonus • Hybrid working with UK-wide flexibility (up to 60% travel) • Private healthcare, virtual GP, pension, and volunteering leave • Clear progression path with ongoing learning and certifications Apply now or contact Declan Bryson at Anson McCade on 07529 161950, quoting the below refence.
