They are now looking to appoint a development graduate or development assistant 2 to work closely with the senior development team and oversee projects from early identification/ acquisition through the planning process. This position offers a great opportunity to build essential project management, while taking on meaningful responsibilities with high visibility across the organization. They have a proven history of promoting from within, with former Development Assistants progressing into senior roles and overseeing significant projects. You will work directly with a very experienced development team and be given the opportunity to work on some high profile projects to develop your career at a fast pace.
