Corporate (Private M&A) Solicitor | US Firm

Our client is a US-headquartered law firm currently seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join its London office as part of a strategic growth plan. The team is led by a Legal 500 and Chambers-recognised partner and advises on a broad range of cross-border corporate matters, with a strong focus on the life sciences and technology sectors. While the role is primarily centred on private M&A transactions, you’ll also gain exposure to joint ventures, venture capital, and broader company commercial work (commercial contracts, licences etc), often in collaboration with colleagues across the US and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on more responsibility in a lean, high-performing team with a strong pipeline of international work and a standout reputation in life sciences. Requirements: England & Wales qualified NQ (with a corporate seat) to 5 years’ PQE Private M&A experience required Interest or experience in life sciences transactions is a plus
