The Role As a key legal advisor, you will: Lead strategic contract negotiations to support commercial growth. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Technical) to manage risk and drive innovation. Establish a proactive legal culture aligned with global expansion goals. What You Need Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE in commercial law. Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. Background in Scots Law preferred; postgrad in Commercial/Corporate Law a plus. Why Apply?
